Zurich airport passenger terminal complex is split into different 'check ins', 'arrivals' and 'departure docks/gates'. There are 2 arrivals, but you can walk between them in a few minutes. Official Zurich airport site here

If you are traveling to Wengen - Wengen is a car free resort and there is no road access to the resort, so your Alpinbus taxi transfer will take you to the Lauterbrunnen and from here, you catch a train. The train departs Lauterbrunnen every 30 minutes during day time and the journey takes around 15 minutes.
