If you are travelling to Zermatt
Zermatt is car-free, and private vehicles are only permitted as far as Täsch. Your transfer will drop you off at Matterhorn Terminal Täsch, where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. The train journey takes approximately 12 minutes.

Please contact your accommodation in advance to arrange onward transport from Zermatt station if needed. Some hotels offer collection services, and local electric taxis are also available.

If your pick-up is at Geneva Airport
Arrival pick-up time – your driver will track your flight’s arrival time using the flight number you provided and wait for you in arrivals.

If your pick-up is at Matterhorn Terminal Täsch
Departure pick-up time – tailored to your flight time. For transfers to the airport, we aim to get you there around 2 hours before your flight departs.

If you are coming from Zermatt, your driver will meet you at Matterhorn Terminal Täsch. Please catch a train that allows you to arrive in time for your scheduled pick-up.

In the winter season, Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for passenger transfers, with the heaviest traffic. Allow at least an extra hour for your transfer on these days compared with weekdays.
